Deanne Taylor was born in Biloxi, Mississippi and raised in Bay Saint Louis, then Mammoth Spring, Arkansas. Although she loved the beauty of the Ozarks, when she finished school, Deanne headed back to the beach, this time to the South Carolina Low Country. Within a couple of years, she found her calling as the administrator for the Broker-in-Charge at a family owned timeshare resort. As the years went by, Deanne’s job title changed, and her responsibilities grew. Soon she was handling escrow accounts and closings of all transactions for multiple developments in several states. As the company grew, Deanne helped the sales and marketing company branch out and began taking on yet more responsibilities during the high growth period of the company. She was responsible for hiring and training the administrative staff. By 2001, this included over 15 locations in 5 states with over 2500 employees. She met her husband, Brian in 1989. In 2014, Deanne and her husband decided that it was time to make the move to the Emerald Coast of Florida. They had visited several times before and fell in love with the area. After living here for a few years, Deanne saw the need for a good title agency. There were many around, yet whenever she mentioned the idea of opening a new title agency to her friends and co-workers it was continually met with a resounding “YES!”

Deanne’s family includes her husband Brian, their 2 children, Jet and Sydney, and their miniature pinscher, Clifford.
