Defender Title and Escrow Agency, LLC was founded in 2017 by Deanne Taylor. Deanne has over 20 years of experience as the Vice President of Administration for a real estate development company.

After relocating from Hilton Head Island to Panama City Beach four years ago, Deanne saw the need for a title company that would leave clients not just satisfied, but happy with their closing experience. Deanne was born in Mississippi and raised in Arkansas. She spent most of her adult life in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, where she met her husband, Brian. She has two young children, son Jet and daughter Sydney.
